This is one of the greatest books ever written. I recently read Optimal Thinking: How To Be Your Best Self and I have to tell you that it is the next step past positive thinking. Train your mind with Optimal Thinking and you won’t have to settle for second best! Some of the positive affirmations mentioned in this book, worked wonders for my life.
The power of subconscious mind is really powerful if we really believe in it. The concept of harmony, peace and abundance that the author wrote is really tremendous. I’ve experienced it myself and thanks to this book, it helped me through my difficult time when I was laid-off from my job, due to a lack of work. I now found a new job, a great job actually.
I don’t know if this is just a coincidence (I don’t believe in coincidences), or is it because my subconscious mind started working for me (affirmative). If you experience any difficulty in your life, keep praying and hoping, and believe me, everything will be alright in the end.
